By accessing or using BLUFify™, operated by BLUFify™ Media LLC ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BLUFify™ is a news aggregation and intelligence briefing service that:

• Collects and organizes news content from third-party sources via RSS feeds
• Displays headlines, brief excerpts, and links to original articles
• Provides AI-powered analysis and categorization of news stories using intelligence-grade methodology
• Offers personalization features for registered users

We do not produce original news reporting. All aggregated content remains the property of its original publishers.

3. User Accounts

• Account creation is currently by invitation only during the beta period
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without written permission
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Redistribute our aggregated content or analysis commercially without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload malicious content or files

5. Intellectual Property

Third-Party Content

News content displayed on this Service is owned by the respective publishers. We display headlines and brief excerpts under fair use principles for news aggregation and commentary purposes. All content links to the original source, and we encourage users to visit original publishers for full articles.

Our Content

The Service's design, branding, scoring methodology, analysis algorithms, source credibility framework, and original features are proprietary to BLUFify™ Media LLC. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute these elements without written permission.

Publisher Opt-Out

Publishers may request removal of their content by contacting us. We honor robots.txt directives and will remove sources upon request within 48 hours.

6. AI-Assisted Analysis

BLUFify uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) to assist with:

• Summarizing news articles and generating executive briefings (BLUF summaries)
• Identifying cross-sector patterns and strategic assessments
• Scoring and categorizing stories by urgency, impact, and significance

AI-generated content is clearly identified and subject to our editorial methodology based on ICD 203 (Analytic Standards) and ICD 206 (Sourcing Requirements). AI analysis is provided as an analytical aid and should not be treated as authoritative intelligence reporting. Our methodology page provides full details on how AI is used in our pipeline.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

During the beta period, the Service is provided free of charge to invited users. When paid subscriptions become available:

• Subscription fees will be billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) at the rate displayed at the time of purchase
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing date until you cancel
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply at your next billing cycle
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are dissatisfied with the Service within 30 days of your initial purchase, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund. After 30 days, refunds are issued at our discretion on a prorated basis for the unused portion of your subscription period.

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel before the trial expires to avoid charges.

8. Email Communications

By creating an account, you consent to receive:

• Transactional emails: Account verification, password resets, and security notifications
• Briefing emails: Daily intelligence briefings, breaking news alerts, and periodic summaries (if subscribed)

You may unsubscribe from briefing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in each email or by visiting your account settings. Transactional emails cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of aggregated content
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That the Service will meet your specific requirements
• The accuracy of source credibility ratings (these are based on third-party assessments and our internal methodology)

News content and analysis should not be relied upon as the sole source for important decisions. Always verify information with primary sources.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLUFIFY™ MEDIA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from reliance on aggregated content or analysis
• Actions taken based on information from third-party sources

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BLUFify™ Media LLC, its founder, operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time
• Add or remove features without notice
• Change source selection and aggregation methodology
• Adjust scoring algorithms and analysis parameters

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or site notice.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
