Greenlanders are expressing relief after Donald Trump said in Davos that he would not use force to take the semi-autonomous territory. But at the same time, they’re not letting down their guard. In fact, Greenland’s government unveiled a new handbook on Wednesday offering advice to the population in the event of a “crisis” in the territory.
